By downloading or using the pantaoo app ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About the service

pantaoo is an app that aggregates and displays publicly available CCTV feeds together with map, place search, and routing tools. The service is provided free of charge and as is.

2. Third-party content

Cameras, video, maps, and routing data come from third-party operators/providers. pantaoo does not own those cameras and does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, continuity, or quality of any feed. A camera may go offline, be moved, or be removed by its operator at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• use the app to harass, stalk, or surveil individuals, or to violate applicable privacy/surveillance laws;
• abuse, overload, or interfere with our servers or the operators' servers (e.g. excessive automated scraping);
• redistribute or resell the video feeds commercially;
• infringe the rights, laws, or terms of the source operators.

4. Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice, including removing cameras or features.

5. Intellectual property

The "pantaoo" name and logo are ours. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, pantaoo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service or third-party content.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when published; the effective date above will be updated.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
